By accessing and using KeyPodi (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

KeyPodi is a macOS application that provides AI-powered keyboard shortcuts for text transformation. The service includes:

• AI-powered text processing and transformation
• Custom keyboard shortcut creation and management
• Community sharing of shortcuts
• Credit-based billing system
• User account management

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Create shortcuts for illegal or harmful purposes

The Service uses a credit-based billing system:

• Credits are consumed based on AI model usage and text processing
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal
• All sales are final - no refunds for unused credits
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KeyPodi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KEYPODI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
